Refund Policy
Whitening Services (Treatments)
• Deposits: Deposits for appointments are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least [48 hours] in advance.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before your appointment, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
• Results: Teeth whitening results vary from person to person. Because outcomes depend on individual factors (such as enamel thickness, lifestyle, and dental history), results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results.
• Service Issues: If you experience a genuine issue with the service (e.g., equipment malfunction, error on our part), we will provide a partial refund, full refund, or a complimentary re-treatment at our discretion.

2. Whitening Products (At-Home Kits, Gels, Accessories)
• Eligible Returns: Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within [30 days] of delivery for a refund.
• Non-Returnable: Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused by shipping) are not eligible for return or refund.
